Dave was great to work with. He determined a poorly placed screw in a vent was preventing the louvre from opening completely which should help get more are flow to one zone.. He also replaced a very old thermostat which had a mind of it's own. Even when it was manually turned "off" it would still blast heat when not needed. Dave was on time, knowledgeable, explained things well, offered options when I had questions about the thermostat types.... All in all, a great service call.

I recently had a new oil tank and Kinectics 2000 system installed.We needed a new heating system, Sippin gave us a few different options. Once I read up on the Kinectics, we decided to spend a little extra and go for it. We definitely made the correct choice.The workmanship and professionalism of the Sippin technicians was spot on. The techs arrived early and replaced oil tank and installed new system. They had everything completed by 4:30 and my basement was left cleaner than when they arrived.The Kinectics 2000 is very quite, We use to hear the old one kick in since it is under our living room. We don't even hear the new one turn on.Sippin never disappoints, we have used them for the last 15 years.I had them install a new gas system at my daughters house along with a service contract at my sons.I highly recommend Sippin and the Kinectis system!

I have been trying to have them install propane tanks to fuel my generator for the last three months. At first they failed to deliver them due to too much snow near my property. After the snow melted they claimed that there was a shortage of tanks and I had to wait till the end of March. Then they claimed that there is no longer a shortage but they had recommended the wrong type of tanks. I finally agreed to have them install a underground tank and have been getting a run around to arrange that.... very frustrating.

Installed new Hot Water heater and oil burner. Used my basement entrance to carry up and down a steep hill. Great job and cleanup.Following an issue after a tuneup, Bryan came out and showed me what the cause of our soot smell was and did a quick fix on the unit. Much appreciated.

Some 10 years ago I had 2 other companies try to fix my boiler and they were both unsuccessful. One said that they could not keep coming to try and fix it (they did not get paid). I called Sippin Energy and the Sippin technician spent several hours there to find the problem and remained there through several thermostat calls for heat to ensure it was fixed. I switched my account to Sippin Energy and have never looked back or had another problem that was not immediately resolved. Thank you Sippins

Had a water leak associated with my boiler. One call to Sippin had a technician at my house shortly. Technician diagnosed problem and repaired and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Very professional.

I've had Sippin in twice to repair an issue with my furnace this week. We thought we had resolved it the first time (excellent service from John Kaz) but when I turned on a different zone the problem reoccurred. Jeff Sutay came out tonight after business hours and took his time to troubleshoot the situation when it at first didn’t occur while he was here. He found the problem and replaced 3 parts which were all covered by my service contract! Thanks Sippin and John and Jeff!

I have to say, the employees at Sippin are very professional and must be valued highly by their employer because it shows in the attention they give their customer, even if the customer is not yet a full on board customer. My family and I are thankful to Joe Rajcula for his e-mail and phone response to our problem with our boiler on a Sunday. He immediately jumped into action to help us; considering we didn't have a contract with the company yet. Their tech, Seth, was extremely professional, answered any questions we had and made sure to walk us through what he was repairing. It was nice to see a fellow young person with great work ethics. This morning their customer service team called to thank us for the business and Art walked us through their service contract, all reasonable. They have a customer in us for life!

If anyone is wondering why I gave them 4 stars when they had to come back 4 times for the same problem....it's because I looked it up on the web and there could be 10 reasons why the heat goes off and needs to be reset. Hopefully this is the last visit. They are responsive and I will admit that my patience was at an end when I woke at 3:30 a.m. to a freezing house again, but they came in reasonable time, and sent 2 technicians this time. Fingers crossed.............UPDATE: heat on but the oil tank was clanking REALLY loud. #5 visit was to replace wire tubes and do a yearly tune up of furnace. Visit #6 was because I heard a strange buzzing from the metal box on the furnace. Was replaced. The service is wonderful but I don't know whether the technicians are incompetent or the furnace is just falling apart; it's not that old but people tell me they don't last like they used to.All these visits were in a short time frame. I'm definitely frazzled but at least I NEVER got a hassle when I called for help.

Sippin service is usually impeccable and I have never had any sort of issues until my last service. I was not home during the service but my significant other was. The two issue that came up were as follows, Tech was on the phone for an extended amount of time swearing profusely loudly enough to be heard from the main level of the house. A little bit of an issue when working from home and conducting conference calls. And secondly Our washer and dryer are directly across from our furnace so when I returned home I noticed that the top of our dryer was dirty with black soot and covered in scratches as if it was being used as a table. In short, the lack of professionalism seen during our service call was disappointing.**UPDATE**The Sippin team contacted me via email and by phone shortly after posting my review. I spoke with Eric Sippin who was genuinely concerned about my experience. Eric addressed the issue professionally and issued a credit even though he did not have to. I will continue to support Sippin and I thank them for their excellent customer service.

Hi. First of all let me say that we're big fans of Sippin and recommend them to all our friends and family. And, I was a remodeling contractor for over 35 years so I wrote the book on messing up at customers homes. And, I was not here when your fellow came to do the yearly service.Here are the issues:He left a small mess of oily, granular sand on the floor and tops of the washer and dryer. ( We just got newly cleaned rugs so I was a little concerned. I vacuumed it up.Two, he told my wife that there was no obvious replacement air for the burner and guessed that it must come from the open ceiling and that we should leave the oil furnace room door ajar so there aren't any burner problems.Here's the issue, there's a 4" rigid pipe going to an outside vent for the replacement air in plain sight ! I don't blame him, or my wife, for not knowing about replacement air. He should have received the appropriate training and, obviously, did not.Everything else about the service call was perfect and we continue to be faithful customers.

I called later in the afternoon for urgent service due to Leakng Zone Valve . David Seger arrived within an hour and replaced the leaking part quickly he then followed up by purging the air from the system to ensure the heating system was completely repaired and ready for the winter .
