Our furnace broke & within 24 hours we had a brand new furnace installed. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Ed was the service guy who came out first, very upfront & honest. Said he would have a salesman call to come see us the next day. Within 10 minutes Joe called & was at our house 7am the next morning. Dave & Brian had the new furnace in by 6pm the same day explaining everything as they worked. A+++
Our home’s original furnace needed to be replaced and Sippin scheduled the installation of a new one within less than 48 hours after they diagnosed the problem. The technicians were prompt and courteous. They communicated with me throughout the job and answered any questions I had. They finished the job in the time they anticipated. They used drop cloths and covered their shoes and left the work area clean.
Andrea was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me choose a budget plan for next year. Justin Dooley was fantastic. Although just a routine cleaning, it was a subfreezing day, he came in very cheerful and got the job finished. Sippin Energy has had many great reps over the years, Justin is up there with them.
Bryan called immediately upon receiving a relay of my emergency no heat call from Bill Kochiss on a Saturday evening because the answer service failed to relay my original call to the technician. Bryan was prompt, polite and quickly had my furnace up and running just before the start of a major snow storm. A big thank you to Bryan and Bill for the rapid rescue.
Best emergency service in the business! Had no heat on Christmas morning, called them at 4AM...Brandon C. the technician was at my house by 5:15 AM and completed installation of a Tiger Loop by 6AM. Thank you Sippin and Brandon - fantastic customer service and expert tech!!

The service technician did a thorough inspection of the boiler and found the root cause of the problem, replaced the necessary parts and the heat is now running great.After completing the tune up and repair of the faulty parts, he gave me a complete explanation of what he did and what to do in the event of an issue; so far, it doesn't look like it will necessary.
Sippin has upgraded my boiler system and installed propane in my house for cooking, as well as delivering oil and propane. Everyone I have dealt with has been customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. I feel I can rely on Sippin services

Justin arrived in the designated time window and he proceeded with the annual furnace maintenance. He asked if I had any concerns which I did not. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He is a great tech.
Service has always been the key with Sippin and today's service was top notch as always.About 5 minutes from my call to Sippin Adam called back and checked in before he arrived... Maybe a total of 30 minutes from my first contact to Sippin he was here and ready to help. Keeping in mind this was Sunday morning.
We had an issue with our furnace that leaked water everywhere. Our tech David H was extremely knowledgable and professional. I felt very confident our issue was resolved. I have had Sippin for years and would never switch companies.
Sippin has been amazing and I’m so grateful to them. I signed up with them in October and got a very competitive oil rate and comprehensive service plan. Unfortunately, fairly quickly I started to experience no heat problems. Justin was the first to come out and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough when diagnosing and troubleshooting the issue. He got it back up and running but did mention there was a major issue that unfortunately may mean I need a new boiler soon. Shortly later we experienced no heat again and we thought we needed a new system. Bill came out to give us some quotes, but mentioned that my boiler was fairly young and he felt I may have a new problem and to call their service to come diagnosis it. I followed his advice and Brian and Bill, also very professional and knowledgeable figured out what the issue was. Everyone has been so great and I’m apprexiative that no one ever tried to sell me or pressure me to just get a new system. They all exercised patience and were honest and transparent about my situation. I hope that I can avoid a new system for some time, but if not, I know who to turn to. Thank you everyone!
Chris was extremely personable and professional. He explained a minor rattling sound I’ve been experiencing for a couple of seasons (just likely a loose J hook) and there was no need to worry. Put my mind at ease.Glad I found a great company.

Unfortunately, they don’t build things the way they used to and all too often things break down. Sippin installed a HVAC in my home and I recently had a problem with it 1 month after I paid it off. Being a first responder, I rely on the peace of mind knowing that if there is a problem at my home while I am away responding to others emergencies, Sippin is one call away. The reps from Sippin were attentive, worked with me and repaired my system making me 100% whole! My thanks to the entire Sippin team including schedulers, the techs at my house and Guy from service who were all top notch!
The tech did a good job explaining what was wrong with the system and what needed to be done to fix it. I was not happy that he left the floor near the furnace covered with water, but overall I was happy with his work.
Adam, Bill and Jeff worked very hard and made the new boiler piping look so much better than what I had before. They fixed more than just installing the new boiler. My furnace room has never looked so good!
Brandon is very thorough and I feel very confident in his ability to determine any issues I may have with my system. He gave me detailed responses and offered explanations for why the issue would happen. I did not have to prompt him for more information. It was very refreshing to simply have a conversation about what he found.
the service team arrived promptly and cleaned the furnace for the winter heating season. and they installed a new type of tank monitor which allows me to check on the tank volume remotely over my home's wifi signal. how fabulous is that?!
Brandon was very friendly and confident. He called ahead of time to say was on his way. Once here he appeared to quickly diagnose the AC problem. I was back up and running in very little time. Incredibly impressed with the service I received today. I love the addition of the automated email/text service that lets you know the techs are on their way. This is particularly helpful to those customers, like me, who have pets that need to be secured. I had two techs today, who were incredibly friendly, thorough, and helpful. A+ service all around.
Bryan arrived on time (20minutes into 4 hour window) and worked thoroughly to get the service done. The area around the furnace with clear and there was no indication of anyone doing any work in that area. He was friendly, polite and respectful.
