John is exceptionally knowledgeable about hot water heating systems.Learned a lot from him.
As always-timely, dependable and quality service! Sippin has been my go to provider for installation and service on oil burner, AC and recently a standby generator. They also take care of the automatic delivery of oil and propane. I appreciate the peace of mind that goes along with being their customer.

You just can't go wrong with SIPPIN ENERGY!Excellent service every time we have called for help. This time it was a furnace that did not want to provide heat which is not a nice way to treat old and cold people!Our service technician Dan C arrived as scheduled, went to work and found the problem within minutes. Dan was a pleasure to do business with, he was friendly, courteous, and a true professional who knew how to get the job done. He took the time to explain the problem and show me the defective part (a fuel pump).Within and hour and half the repairs were completed along with a furnace tune up that we requested. Work site was left clean and two old and cold people were now left warm and happy!

Frank B. responded to a service call I requested within an hour (and this was not an emergency). He and his associate were friendly and professional. They assessed the problem and said I needed a part they didn’t have on the truck and would have to return to the shop to get one. They were back in 15 minutes!!! They then installed it, checked everything, explained what they had done and were on their way — all in less than an hour. Sippin has the very BEST employees - all of them! And Sippin IS the best.

Update: March 17th, 2025: Had another great tune up from the Sippin tech today. On time and thoroughUpdate Feb 15th 2024: New issue with my furnace and issue was quickly resolved by Sippin technician Dan! Thank you!Some 10 years ago I had 2 other companies try to fix my boiler and they were both unsuccessful. One said that they could not keep coming to try and fix it (they did not get paid). I called Sippin Energy and the Sippin technician spent several hours there to find the problem and remained there through several thermostat calls for heat to ensure it was fixed. I switched my account to Sippin Energy and have never looked back or had another problem that was not immediately resolved. Thank you Sippins

Our oil burner suddenly stopped firing on a cold Sunday evening. Called Sippin for emergency service and received a call-back within a few minutes. The service tech on call arrived within 20 mins, diagnosed the issue of a failed igniter. Replaced it in just a few minutes and we were back in service. Fantastic response time and professional, courteous service. We've been using the services of Sippin for 20 years now. Terrific company all around!
We were Brandon's first appointment of the day. He was polite, courteous, and very thorough!

If anyone is wondering why I gave them 4 stars when they had to come back 4 times for the same problem....it's because I looked it up on the web and there could be 10 reasons why the heat goes off and needs to be reset. Hopefully this is the last visit. They are responsive and I will admit that my patience was at an end when I woke at 3:30 a.m. to a freezing house again, but they came in reasonable time, and sent 2 technicians this time. Fingers crossed.............UPDATE: heat on but the oil tank was clanking REALLY loud. #5 visit was to replace wire tubes and do a yearly tune up of furnace. Visit #6 was because I heard a strange buzzing from the metal box on the furnace. Was replaced. The service is wonderful but I don't know whether the technicians are incompetent or the furnace is just falling apart; it's not that old but people tell me they don't last like they used to.All these visits were in a short time frame. I'm definitely frazzled but at least I NEVER got a hassle when I called for help.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: no problems winter of 2022/2023 and in June I had to have the tank monitor reset as my internet router changed. Done quickly and efficiently.Update 2024: no problems. Service done on time and quickly. Thank youUpdate 1/8/25 Woke up at 5 A.M. to a cold house. Took 2 calls to get a call back but the emergency tech called and came within 30 or so minutes and did a fabulous job finding the problem, a small part in the fuel pump. The house is warming up nicely.Update 2/21/25, oil tank developed a leak that got steadily worse. After a panicky call Will came out and plugged it up, cleaned up and put down kitty litter to absorb the oil (luckily I have a cat) and powder and tomorrow a salesman will come early to discuss next steps. It was scary to see the oil come out, suddenly, and hard for me to wipe it up as I'm very senior! It's nice to know that things will be taken care of, hopefully asap.Update 2/27/25 New tank was installed yesterday. 2 lovely guys came out and stayed until it was filled and working and they did a fabulous job cleaning up as well and helped me get the door to the basement to close so the cat wouldn't get out as they came and went in and out. Customer service is the main reason I use Sipppen as they come when they say they will and do what is needed in a timely manner.

Sippin replaced our oil tank. Frank and Luis were efficient, neat, very friendly and answered all our questions. From start to finish with Sippin, we felt everything was under control and handled professionally. I would recommend them for service and installation of heating needs.
