19 AUG 2026 Appointment window was :00am to 12:00pm. Technicians arrived at 12:05pm. Text and email messages arrived indicating that they were on their way at 11:47am. Both technicians were efficient and answered my questions as they serviced my oil burner.

Finding out at 9:00 pm, when you are about to get into the shower, there is no hot water. Called Sippin and our very nice service tech came to fix the problem. Clogged valve from the day's before cleaning. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable and in short order I was able to take a shower. Thank you!

Called emergency tech on a Friday night bc of no heat for 2 hours after noticing emergency switch to boiler had been turned off. Frank talked me through checking a couple of things over the phone...very knowledgeable and patient with me. Decided he needed to come out but I called him after about 20 minutes bc heat started coming back. Instead of just saying ok, have a good night, Frank explained how my boiler worked relative to how and why this was happening. He asked a couple of more questions to ensure things seemed OK and said he was on for the rest of the night just in case and to not hesitate to call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Extremely satisfied.
