An oil tank fuel level monitor was not working correctly. I scheduled a service visit. They sent a text message with tech's ID and photo 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived with in the stipulated window and reconfigured the device. They met and exceeded my expectations.

Came quickly and resolved issue. The technician was polite and attempted to resolve problem as soon as possible. The problem ended up being snow covering the pipes outside the house. From a training perspective, I would recommend for problems like mine after major snow storm, that is first thing checked and the service would have cost only $300. He did work on the furnace approximately 2 hours before we collectively figured out it was drawing moisture and snow was likely cause. But I was thrilled someone came so quickly.

My first floor furnace zone heating began to malfunction. The Sippin service technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the thermostat. The furnace is working propetly now and I am quite pleased with his work. I give the service technician Dan a five star rating. He was polite, cordial, and efficient.

We have been using Sippin Energy for many years. Their service technicians are always on-time, polite and efficient.
Jan 2026, heard a buzzing, tech came to check the issue, replaced the "zone controller", everything seemed fine. An hour later the room was reading 77 while the thermostat was at 68. A team came out a couple of hours after I called and determined the "zone controller" was bad; replaced it and we're back in business. Great job.

The crew led by Anthony Santilli was prompt and efficient in removing our old oil tank and replacing it with a new one. They dealt quickly with getting the correct size tank delivered after being sent with the wrong size. All connections were made and new piping was included along with modifications to the connection at the burner. Very clean. Everything was explained in detail about the operation of the tank and the warranty registration. Job well done as scheduled.

We needed a new oil tank. Sippin made the process very simple and clear. Joe was great, coming out to assess the situation and articulating our options and path forward. He followed up regularly to ensure we didn’t run out of oil as we waited for our install date. The day of the install went very smoothly. The installers were very professional taking care of the space and cleaning up afterwards. The tank removal and new install took approximately 3hrs. At the end Will walked me through the new set up and functionality. All in all, a smoothly run operation and good experience.
