A repair made yesterday did not work, through no fault of the technicial (Aaron C.). When I told them this morning they immediately sent the same tech back out, and after some thorough diagnostics he found that one of the parts he used for the repair was faulty. He replaced that part with a new one, and all is well now.

Repairs don't always work the first time, so it's the way the company responds that matters. Sippin handled this situation promptly and professionally, as they have every time for many years now.

We discovered a substantial water leak and called Sippin for service. The technician diagnosed and repaired the defective parts promptly and efficiently. Having the Gold Plan covered the plumbing parts needed at no additional charge. As always the technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

I had Jeff S. and another tech come out today to bleed and kickstart my weil mclain boiler. Great guys and fantastic service. Fast too. 🙂

I had Adam come out yesterday he replaced my expansion tank and the pressure relief valve. great guy great service.
I had Abe out today! he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and super nice guy!
Prior years I had Damon out on a routine service call and he was curious and very knowledgeable. Always the best from Sippin!

I've been with Sippin for all my heating and cooling business for the last 15 years. To me, what sets them apart from other like companies is their responsiveness and service. They have always responded quickly whenever I've had an emergency at the house. Their customer service staff and technicians have always performed beyond my expectations. To be totally honest, you can probably find better pricing on heating oil and service calls somewhere else, but my main desire is reliability and Sippin delivers in that category every time.

Amazing experience! If we could give him 10 stars+ we would. Got to our house quick. Our furnace had water leaking due to a faulty expansion tank all around the furnace & with the incoming blizzard we were in a panic. Frank is such a wonderful young man & someone your company should be very proud to call one of their own! Thank you Frank & thank you Sippin! So glad we have you for our oil company! We wouldn't have it any other way!

Called emergency tech on a Friday night bc of no heat for 2 hours after noticing emergency switch to boiler had been turned off. Frank talked me through checking a couple of things over the phone...very knowledgeable and patient with me. Decided he needed to come out but I called him after about 20 minutes bc heat started coming back. Instead of just saying ok, have a good night, Frank explained how my boiler worked relative to how and why this was happening. He asked a couple of more questions to ensure things seemed OK and said he was on for the rest of the night just in case and to not hesitate to call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Extremely satisfied.

UPDATE 2/20/26
Was experiencing some excessive heat issues, which turned out to be a faulty/old zone motor. I called around 9 and had someone out by 3 (Aaron C.). The issue was fixed quickly and the technician Aaron was very helpful and respectful of our home. Thanks again!

UPDATE 1/6/26
Had a bunch of air in our lines and they came out and took care of it after they left. There was a small hiccup so they came back same day and fixed everything. Both service guys were great, respectful and worked until the task was completed. They also left the work area as it was when they got there. Very happy!!

Adam S and his co worker arrived to install 2 new sensors in my LP Gas furnace. They were very quick! They got to my house, did the installation and were on their way out in 15 minutes! The furnace runs great and I signed up for a Sippin service plan for my furnace. Sippin even waived the lease fees for my propane tanks going forward!
I will always recommend Sippin!!

An oil tank fuel level monitor was not working correctly. I scheduled a service visit. They sent a text message with tech's ID and photo 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived with in the stipulated window and reconfigured the device. They met and exceeded my expectations.

On the coldest day of the year, our boiler malfunctioned. Sippin had a technician on the scene in less than an hour to make repairs. Adam S. was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information of what we could expect going forward with a future part needing to be ordered/repaired.
