Service call for no heat. Tank was empty even though I was on automatic delivery. Chris G their service tech came out. He was on time and very knowledgeable. 4:45 am awoke to no heat. Reset furnace and nothing. Checked tank..3/4 full. Called Sippin emergency number. Tech called back, came to the house and discovered a faulty fuel pump. He replaced the pump. System working fine by 6:30am. Thanks
