Sippin installed a new heating system for me. They were on time, professional, and finished in the time frame they had stated. Joe allowed me to borrow a couple of heaters which I very much appreciated. Whole process was really smooth, and commu nication was prompt. Really enjoying heat and hot water!!
Abrahim from Sippin Service was outstanding. He came out at 1:00 AM on a freezing night to fix a heating zone valve on my boiler, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly. He diagnosed the issue right away and had the heat back on in no time. An oil tank fuel level monitor was not working correctly. I scheduled a service visit. They sent a text message with tech's ID and photo 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived with in the stipulated window and reconfigured the device. They met and exceeded my expectations.

The technician did a complete repair of HVAC system. He was professional, informative and cleaned the area completely after the service.

Came quickly and resolved issue. The technician was polite and attempted to resolve problem as soon as possible. The problem ended up being snow covering the pipes outside the house. From a training perspective, I would recommend for problems like mine after major snow storm, that is first thing checked and the service would have cost only $300. He did work on the furnace approximately 2 hours before we collectively figured out it was drawing moisture and snow was likely cause. But I was thrilled someone came so quickly.

Sippin shut off our oil without telling us. Their technician thought there might be a leak in our tank but also thought it might have been overfilled. They shut off our service and didn't tell us that they did. We discovered ourselves the night before a big storm that they hadn't refilled our tank as promised 10 days prior. We were are on fumes at that point. This could have been handled in an orderly fashion, but their poor communication turned it into a serious problem. The Sippin driver topped it off by yelling at my wife. I would suggest you keep looking if you are considering Sippin. They apparently don't know how to communicate or be respectful. Fortunately one of their competitors was able to get a solution in place for us.

Eric - you failed us when you shut our fuel off ten days ago without telling us, you failed us when your team was yelling at my wife, you failed us when you told us yesterday a temporary tank couldn't be installed. Rural Fuels had a temporary tank in and running by 9 am this morning. You guys have serious issues to look at.
Response from the owner:Update: I did additional research, on this and found discovered, that we did drop the ball on adequate communication regarding the leaking tank and we should have acted sooner with alternative solutions. When our management staff arrived, they confirmed the leak, which rendered the tank too dangerous to deliver to. Unfortunately, this happened during the worst possible times in terms of weather and high call volumes. It is not typical of our level of service, and for this I am truly sorry. We would not have installed a temporary tank but rather re-piped the system to bypass the leaking tank.

My first floor furnace zone heating began to malfunction. The Sippin service technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the thermostat. The furnace is working propetly now and I am quite pleased with his work. I give the service technician Dan a five star rating. He was polite, cordial, and efficient.
Jeff reassured me that our propane level should be fine in the event of a power outage due to the snow storm ahead. He told me Sipping would be able to come our for a fill within a day or two and our level was sufficient. Due to Jeff's response, I was able to sleep well with no worries
