I've been with Sippin for all my heating and cooling business for the last 15 years. To me, what sets them apart from other like companies is their responsiveness and service. They have always responded quickly whenever I've had an emergency at the house. Their customer service staff and technicians have always performed beyond my expectations. To be totally honest, you can probably find better pricing on heating oil and service calls somewhere else, but my main desire is reliability and Sippin delivers in that category every time.

As always provides Excellent service. professional and responsive...Our A/C failed Monday when the temp was going to 90s.. they were here in 45 minutes. I’m didn’t have a contract with them but I do now . And moved my propane account to Sippin as well just for the service! Turns out they saved me $ on that as well ! Wish they’d service generators!!

I needed to schedule my annual burner tune up. I called the office and quickly had a date and time that met my needs. I received a text notification with the name and photo of the technician 30 minutes before his arrival. He politely exercised due COVID precautions and was in and out in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for more.

After a bit of research, I went with Sippin Energy for my whole house HVAC replacement: condenser, air handler (hydro-air, more expensive heating and cooling coil), and R410 line set. Sippin's quote was not the lowest (everybody was offering pretty much the same equipment), but was pretty competitive, so I decided to go with a larger company on the assumption that it would do a better job standing behind its work.The job coordinator showed up on time on the agreed upon install day... with a very distinct smell of marijuana .. maybe medial, maybe not. While I don't know and don't want to judge people on their appearance, this did not add to my confidence. The rest of the crew arrived sometime later and the job was complete by mid-afternoon. I did like the that the team used the so-called 'pull-through' insulation on the line set (it adds a protective 'skin' to your usual pipe insulation), but I did not like that a heard a sound of something dropping and the curse that followed as the team was getting the air handler into the attic. At the end-of-job walkthrough, I observed that the condenser was installed level and did not have any installation damage. The line set, unfortunately, was not insulated along its entire length (see photo) and skipped sections included the one I could not get access to myself. What was more of immediate concern though were three things. (1) hot water copper pipes (both the in- and the out-) were not centered in the respective openings of the air handler box, and were, in fact, rubbing against the a sharp steel edge of the opening. For that reason, the rubber grommets that were supposed to cover the edge of the round opening in the air handler’s wall were simply sliding back and forth on the pipes. (2) look at the picture of how I found the shut-off valve for the hot water line going to the air-handler after the installation – wheel handle broken and drain line just capped to stop the dripping. (3) the fins of the coil were damaged (again, see picture).The installation took place in the Fall of 2019. My repeated e-mails regarding the issues were not responded to, not even to acknowledge that there might a situation worth further looking into. On the phone, I've gotten a promise that the fins will be straightened out in the Spring when technician would come to load R410 refrigerant and start the system up. The technician came but claimed he did not have the fins in his work order and would not be the person to do it anyway. My further e-mails are still without a response and it looks like the verbal promises are not being kept.So, sometime you won't be getting what Google reviews may suggest .. I am sad to be losing trust in Sippin.

As a contractor I truly appreciate individuals and companies alike who rise like cream to the top. I marveled at the latest technician who came and installed the control circuitry for several zone valves. One could say "ah it's all in a days pay." I say it is the uniqueness of the individual and the attitude at which they carry out their craft. My latest tech was Adam Schmitt, a guy who would take nothing short of perfection. WE found suddenly, we had no hot water. I called Sippin and within two hours a service man was dispatched. He quickly repaired the hot water heater and twenty minutes later, we had hot water once again. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. You cannot do much better than that.

Quote for a job to fix an A/C, which was completely dead, took a week and I had to follow up to get it. Could not give me the appointment for over 2 weeks to fix this problem. Then I was told the job would take a day and it took 2 very long days over a 5 day period. New handler had some issues, which the tech finally fixed. I called to speak to a supervisor and days later, no one has responded. The tech was nice and professional and the result is that 2 days in the A/C works but Sippin needs to be more responsive.

Always great service,on time.Using Sippin for many years and they just keep getting better.Like the e-mail you get telling you who is on there way so I know who to expect at my door. Had annual cleaning and man did a great job,curtious and polite and was in all necessary equipment because of Covid.

Can't say enough about what a pleasure this project was working with these guys! Installed new Air Conditioning system today. Arrived on scheduled day and time with full crew. Hard working crew on a hot day in attic. Came up with alternative placement mid-job at their own suggestion (no additional expense) that completely opened up our attic. They were done ahead of time. Incredibly respectful of our home as they removed the old equipment, and brought in the new. Clean, professional, confident and friendly. Just great!
