A few months ago, we switched to Sippin Energy for our oil deliveries and oil burner maintenance contract. Luis came today to perform the annual cleaning and tune-up, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Luis was very pleasant and he took the time to answer a few questions I had about my heating system. When he was part way through the job, he called me to take a look at the inside of the boiler to show me how clean it was. That was something no tech from my previous oil company ever took the time to do, and it was a real testimony to his attention to detail and pride of workmanship. When I asked Luis about a small noise that my heating system sometimes makes, he took the time and initiative to recreate the noise and diagnose its source, which turned out to be a non-issue. Luis's work was as neat as it was thorough, and I can honestly say he is the best HVAC technician that has ever come out to the house. Luis is truly an asset to Sippin Energy, and he demonstrates tangible proof of Sippin's end-to-end commitment to excellence. We are very glad we switched to Sippin, and only wish that we had done so many years earlier!

Lost my heat. Called at around 8:30 was told between then and noon. Tech was here by 9:30. Very professional and courteous! The problem was fixed and heat up and running within 90 minutes!
