Sippin service and professionalism has been top-notch since I have been a client (2.5 years at present). I subscribe to their Gold Service Maintenance Plan, and it has been the best investment. For example, recently we experienced a loss of heat throughout the home (boiler-fired hydronic heat), and service was immediate. When the first crew solved 3 out of 4 zone faults but could not track down the issue with the fourth, the next day Sippin sent out another technician. The problem was very complicated and involved a hidden fault in electrical wiring but Adam never gave up and ultimately solved the problem.There's a lot to like about Sippin with such programs as their fuel price cap protection programs and others, but when you need service and a company can get it done and in a timely fashion, that's key. Can't say enough good things about the company.

I have been a longstanding customer of Sippin Energy - perhaps 40+ years. Perfection is an understatement. Just last weekend they installed ductless a/c. In one day. Complete clean-up, I couldn't even tell there were workers in and around my home. It looks great, the workers were very professional. I was very nervous about how the install would look in my 250 yr old home. I should not have worried. The install location couldn't have been chosen better. it is as unobtrusive as can possibly be. I strongly recommend this excellent and family run firm. Now in their 4th generation!!!
