The tech was dismissive to my wife. He did not clean up after himself. I had boxes and clippings of wires all over the floor where the boiler was. Additionally, he did not turn back on the thermostat upstairs. Regarding my wife. When he asked her to do things. He was very condescending in his tone and approach to her when she didn't know what he was asking her to do where he should have done it himself since I was not present. This is not what I come to expect from Sippin. Please do not have this individual ever come back out to my house because of him being alone with my wife and being so dismissive and condescending it really made me angry. Jim S

I'm most surprised to hear this news, as Will is one of our most outgoing technicians, and I don't ever recall getting any negative feedback on his communication with customers (you can confirm that on our Google reviews). There was a problem when I realized there was no heat or hot water. Dan arrived quickly and although the annual check=up was last Friday by Sunday there was a clogged valve. It was fixed and I was warm again.

Adam and Frank were very courteous, professional, and detail-oriented to the task of installing our new indirect water heater . Additionally, they took the time to fix and clean up the current mess regarding wiring and piping of the current boiler that was in the home when we purchased it 4 years ago. Finally, I just like to thank them for being so professional and had taken the time to explain to me what they were doing, how they were doing it, why they were doing it and just taking care of us as a personal friend. Almost for each of them . I would recommend them and sipping as a group and or company and or individuals to work on anyone's home. With regards to energy products . We thank you.
