Problematic...again
Brandon was professional and nice when he came to provide our annual service of our Buderis boiler, however this is literally the 3RD TIME, that we have had a service on this boiler by Sippin only to have the tech leave and hours later, we realize we have no heat. You can check our records, but something is way wrong. i understand Buderis is a quality product but is challenging for some techs, but I had to yet again cancel plans to wait around for the tech to come and get me up and running. I don't understand how this can keep happening? Or why your techs don't wait around long enough to ensure proper operation after they service it. Adam the on call tech came quickly and did his best to troubleshoot the problem, and got it running, and I had to call him back as well as my heat didn't stay on. No one touched the boiler after your tech left on any of these occasions, so i would absolutely love to hear what Sippin thinks is going on and how they can make it right for us as your customer.

We made the right call
We were stumped. One zone in our house was overheating past the thermostat settings. Get a new thermostat? Call an electrician? Our plumber? Sippin?
We called Sippin on an afternoon they were being bombarded with phone calls. They dispatched Jeff within an hour toward the end of the day. He quickly replaced the part and we slept comfortably for the first time in weeks. Many thanks!
