Electronic Documents & Notifications-Options

For your convenience we off er electronic e-mail documents and SMS notifications. They will arrive instantly in an easy to read and print Adobe Acrobat Format or by SMS Messaging*.

Electronic documents will include, but not be limited to:

  • Fuel & propane delivery tickets and notifications (e-mail and SMS)
  • Quality control survey requests (e-mail and SMS)
  • Service work order receipts (e-Mail and SMS)
  • Statements and invoices (e-mail only)
  • Payment and credit notifications, etc. (e-mail and SMS)

MESSAGE FREQUENCY: Varies per week.

MARKETING: Note, we do NOT use SMS messaging for marketing or advertising purposes, only service critical document and notifications such as those noted above. We do however use e-mail for marketing and educational notifications. Any marketing e-mail you receive will include an opt out link at the bottom of the email should you wish to discontinue receiving promotional emails.

PRIVACY:  We do not share any data, phone numbers, e-mails or information with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. More detailed information about our privacy policy can be found here.
