What an amazing experience doing business with Sippen Energy Products. The team took extra special care to do the job right. They were professional and very thorough. Having just moved into this house a few months ago we did our research and chose Sippin as our new oil heating company. We scheduled our annual checkup for today and technician Ed Adamowski was sent to our home this morning. He arrived on time and he answered all the questions that we had and performed the cleaning and check up on the thorfurnace to the best of our knowledge. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. prior to his arrival we received an email stating that he was on his way with a picture identification of who to expect. My only recommendation would be to please take a new picture of Mr Adamowski as the one that you sent does not do him any justice. Thank you. October 26, 2020 David Seger and his associate arrived promptly at 10 AM as scheduled. They were courteous and professional and did a thorough job. David went out of his way to adapt a way to hold the filter in place, which kept slipping down and therefore not filtering properly. We were very pleased with their service and would recommend this company. Thank you. January 4, 2023 Bryan arrived a few minutes before 8 am. He was professional and courteous. He was thorough and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with him and the service we received in making sure our heating system was working properly. Thank you. January 17, 2024 Will arrived at the scheduled time and was courteous and well mannered. His professionalism and and the time he took to do the job thoroughly and completely was appreciated. He was respectful and careful carrying in the supplies he needed to do the service on our furnace. He was very thorough in doing the maintenance work and we were very satisfied with the service today. Thank you Dec18, 2024 We were scheduled for our yearly maintenance appointment today. Luke arrived right on scheduled time at 8 am. He was professional, courteous and thorough. He was neat and careful in his work and we were very satisfied. Thank you. December 29, 2025 We scheduled our annual service appointment for our heating system and confirmed it with Sippin several days in advance . Considering the icy conditions, I wasn't sure if this would affect our appointment time. It did not. Brandon arrived right on time at 8 am and was extremely pleasant and courteous from the minute he entered our home. He was respectful of our home making sure to be thorough and detailed. He explained everything that he did and gave information that would be helpful in the future regarding our system. He was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him and Sippin as a provider. Thank you Brandon and Sippin! June, 11, 2026 Today we had our heating and air conditioning systems replaced by Sippin. After arranging for an evaluation of our existing system, we made the decision to have Sippin replace our HVAC. It was a well organized process from setup time to scheduling date. We were given information pertaining to what needed to be done prior to them arriving to what to expect during and after installation. The four gentlemen that did the work today arrived on time and were on courteous, professional and meticulous with the work that they did. I could not have asked for a better group of installers. This was very good experience and I would recommend them again. Thank you!

June 4, 2026 AC service technician, Will W. arrived this morning to do an annual AC tune up. Will did a very thorough job, cleaned the compressor coils, changed the air handler air filter with our supplied filter and cleaned the air handler drain trap and checked the electrical wiring and more. Excellent service. This is one reason why I selected to have the annual service plan for my central air. He even wore booties when going up and down to the attic where the air handler is. Sippin has great people working for them. April 23, 2026 Just had our annual boiler tune-up included in our Watchguard Gold Oil Heating Plan. Austin Burns the service tech arrived on time and immediately discovered before proceeding with the scheduled tune-up that the boiler expansion tank was faulty and needed to be replaced. If he didn't catch this I would have some serious problems real soon. He promptly went out to his truck and brought in his tools and proceeded to replace the tank (which is covered under the plan - nice!) and then continue with the tune-up. He completed the work quickly, and neatly and a very pleasant person with a great attitude. Sippin has great people working for them and that is a major reason to stick with Sippin Energy year after year. Service plans can add up (boiler, hot water heater, AC, generator) but just one problem can cost far more than the plan itself. I just don't worry about these things now. Something breaks I just give them a call and they respond very quickly. January 10, 2025 Called the office today to renew my 2025 budget and service plans for 2025. Spoke to Rebekah Stanley. She was very helpful with the process and laying everything out. No hidden costs, everything straight forward very polite. Everything was completed in a short amount of time and all questions were answered in a very professional manner. I wish more service companies would have such great staff. They seem to set the benchmark for customer service.
