Lost my heat. Called at around 8:30 was told between then and noon. Tech was here by 9:30. Very professional and courteous! The problem was fixed and heat up and running within 90 minutes!

The technician arrived during the window of time specified when we made the appointment. He was knowledgeable and replaced a part that was leaking that would have been a problem later in the season.
