Came quickly and resolved issue. The technician was polite and attempted to resolve problem as soon as possible. The problem ended up being snow covering the pipes outside the house. From a training perspective, I would recommend for problems like mine after major snow storm, that is first thing checked and the service would have cost only $300. He did work on the furnace approximately 2 hours before we collectively figured out it was drawing moisture and snow was likely cause. But I was thrilled someone came so quickly.

Sippin shut off our oil without telling us. Their technician thought there might be a leak in our tank but also thought it might have been overfilled. They shut off our service and didn't tell us that they did. We discovered ourselves the night before a big storm that they hadn't refilled our tank as promised 10 days prior. We were are on fumes at that point. This could have been handled in an orderly fashion, but their poor communication turned it into a serious problem. The Sippin driver topped it off by yelling at my wife. I would suggest you keep looking if you are considering Sippin. They apparently don't know how to communicate or be respectful. Fortunately one of their competitors was able to get a solution in place for us.

Eric - you failed us when you shut our fuel off ten days ago without telling us, you failed us when your team was yelling at my wife, you failed us when you told us yesterday a temporary tank couldn't be installed. Rural Fuels had a temporary tank in and running by 9 am this morning. You guys have serious issues to look at.

My first floor furnace zone heating began to malfunction. The Sippin service technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the thermostat. The furnace is working propetly now and I am quite pleased with his work. I give the service technician Dan a five star rating. He was polite, cordial, and efficient.

Jeff reassured me that our propane level should be fine in the event of a power outage due to the snow storm ahead. He told me Sipping would be able to come our for a fill within a day or two and our level was sufficient. Due to Jeff's response, I was able to sleep well with no worries

We needed a new oil tank. Sippin made the process very simple and clear. Joe was great, coming out to assess the situation and articulating our options and path forward. He followed up regularly to ensure we didn’t run out of oil as we waited for our install date. The day of the install went very smoothly. The installers were very professional taking care of the space and cleaning up afterwards. The tank removal and new install took approximately 3hrs. At the end Will walked me through the new set up and functionality. All in all, a smoothly run operation and good experience.

The Sippin Energy employee - Brandon - sent to help get our heating system working again when we called the after hours service was very courteous and responded to the call quickly and gave us updates on his arrival and efficiently diagnosed the problem with the system and got us up and running on a frigid night. He was also very responsive and informative when asked questions about why the problem occurred and about the heating system parts and function in general.

Daron is extremely knowledgeable when he diagnosed our heating system. He is patient when explaining the work that is required and is a good communicator.

It was a bit of a rough week with the system installation having hiccups (at no fault of the staff) but Adam, Jeff and the other guys were all great, very nice and helpful.

Sippin service and professionalism has been top-notch since I have been a client (2.5 years at present). I subscribe to their Gold Service Maintenance Plan, and it has been the best investment. For example, recently we experienced a loss of heat throughout the home (boiler-fired hydronic heat), and service was immediate. When the first crew solved 3 out of 4 zone faults but could not track down the issue with the fourth, the next day Sippin sent out another technician. The problem was very complicated and involved a hidden fault in electrical wiring but Adam never gave up and ultimately solved the problem.

There's a lot to like about Sippin with such programs as their fuel price cap protection programs and others, but when you need service and a company can get it done and in a timely fashion, that's key. Can't say enough good things about the company.

Abrahem completed the annual tune up for our A/C system. He was efficient and friendly. He reviewed his findings with us and sent a summary email with all the details.

Had a bunch of air in our lines and they came out and took care of it after they left. There was a small hiccup so they came back same day and fixed everything. Both service guys were great, respectful and worked until the task was completed. They also left the work area as it was when they got there. Very happy!!

Sippin has been great to work with and very helpful solving any issues that may arise. Their workers are very professional and trustworthy will continue to use them as long as I can.

Brian diagnosed our problem, non functioning electronic piece in our blower, quickly, and replaced it. We did not have any heat.

He arrived on time and he answered all the questions that we had and performed the cleaning and check up on the thorfurnace to the best of our knowledge. David went out of his way to adapt a way to hold the filter in place, which kept slipping down and therefore not filtering properly. We scheduled our annual service appointment for our heating system and confirmed it with Sippin several days in advance . Considering the icy conditions, I wasn't sure if this would affect our appointment time. It did not.

Brandon arrived right on time at 8 am and was extremely pleasant and courteous from the minute he entered our home. He was respectful of our home making sure to be thorough and detailed. He explained everything that he did and gave information that would be helpful in the future regarding our system. He was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him and Sippin as a provider.
