Amazing experience! If we could give him 10 stars+ we would. Got to our house quick. Our furnace had water leaking due to a faulty expansion tank all around the furnace & with the incoming blizzard we were in a panic. Frank is such a wonderful young man & someone your company should be very proud to call one of their own! Thank you Frank & thank you Sippin! So glad we have you for our oil company! Liz Buchanan in Customer Service is the best! I just worked with her on a situation with my oil delivery that was multi-faceted, with a number of moving parts. She instantly grasped what was going on, and did the research necessary to figure it out. She corrected the situation "on the books" and got back to me immediately with the exact document that I needed. She is a gem, and an asset to Sippin! I hope to work with her again.
