My husband smelled an oil-like smell when the heat came on. The tank is in the crawl space at far end of the house, and Adam got in there and checked the line between tank and furnace. Checked the furnace. No leaks. The smell is a mystery, but Adam is to be applauded. At least we know it's not a threat. Thank you

I don't know when Sippin changed their policy of not vacuuming your boiler. After the tech got done grooming out the boiler, my family room was covered in soot and also my upstairs kitchen counters and cabinets had black soot all over. The house stunk for 2 days. Not happy and I have been a client for 29 years.
