2023 was not a good cleaning experience. Took 2 additional reps to fix what the 1st one did. Have used sippin for almost 30 years so have seen many good techs including some that retired, and ones I don’t want here again. This years tech (Luke) had never been here before but he was quite thorough. Hope I don’t need to make a no heat call, but if needed would welcome this tech back.
