Dan promptly and professionally responded to an oil burner outage at my home. I figured out the problem was an empty fuel tank. Which was unusual I am on a scheduled oil delivery program. Dan assessed the quickly and was able to add fuel oil, and the burner was immediately back on line. Dan was most professional and courteous as I have come to consistently fine with the Sippin team.
