Jeff and his associate seemed quite competent and fixed the issue with our air conditioner quickly. I remain hopeful that it is a permanent fix and not something that repeatedly malfunctions. It was unfortunate that the company couldn't schedule this visit for two weeks after the initial issue was discovered, despite my annual service protection program with them, meaning we had to function without air conditioning during a number of very warm days.

Needed an adjustment to hot water. Dan arrived on schedule. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. Thank you Dan.

Dan promptly and professionally responded to an oil burner outage at my home. I figured out the problem was an empty fuel tank. Which was unusual I am on a scheduled oil delivery program.
