Good service experience. A/C Compressor motor had failed. New motor installed but the fan attached to the old motor was stuck to the old motor and couldn't be removed. New fan ordered. In the meantime, the service guys returned with two loaner window a/c units and installed them for us. Very happy!

Regarding this propane monitor it was installed but the website was so confusing I gave up when the chat told me my 3 minutes were up and turned me over to the office. A young lady walked me by through and I now have the app in 3 minutes. Chat guy was very incompetent!!

Failed motor was part of the Air Handler entire replacement approx 3 years ago! Tech said these motors have a hi failure rate.? He then told me motor is under warranty but it I would have to pay for the labor!!!? Come on ! I paid thousands for the replacement air carrier only A few years I should not have to pay labor either!!!!
