Tech (Luke) was friendly and thorough. He said the furnace was old but working fine. A greater smell of oil in the basement during the cleaning. Put a fan in the door to the garage and it dissapated. I have service contract so no charge. Appointment was abit tough. When I called 1st appointment was day before Thanksgiving, next Christmas Eve, so took only day left.

I advised Sippin ahead of time I needed a new blower fan motor. When the crew arrived they advised me they wouldn’t do any service because they felt the blower end of the furnace was beyond repair. They left saying some one would contact me soon. I had to put my furnace back together with the jury rigged fan myself.
