Great service !!! Prompt and informative service. Fixed my problem, and explained the corrective action. Thank you Brandon. The only PROBLEM is that the Email of the problem and corrective action has words that were chopped off, and the lawyer and real estate agent for the buyer are complaining about the description of the repair because of the missing and/or chopped words. Is there any way to send the description of the repairs that is not garbled ??? I left a message for Eric to get back to me, to see what can be done.

Our boiler/furnace went out last night. We called Sippin at 7pm and they got someone here by 8am today. Adam was polite, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed our furnace. He also noticed we needed new air filters which was great since they will help make the furnace more efficient. It took less than an hour for him to complete the work. Excellent!

Brandon was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations for my annual service visit coming up on January 29. We purchased the home in 2021 and have had 2 annual services since then. 1) move the draft closer to the chimney. I am not sure why that was not done last service visit. 2) install a turn off valve on oil tank, so that we can change the tank oil filter with out a mess. I am not sure why there isn't one already.
