Our central air stopped working and the house went from 70 to 78. I called Sippin around 4 and the technician arrived around 6 as promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue and restored the A/C.

The technicians were on time, professional and repaired our AC unit.

Oil burner malfunction, called 8 am, tech on site by 930 and made quick repair

I have been a longtime Sippin customer and was happy to cash in some loyalty points today for a roughly 50% savings on my service plan. Over the years I have found the service plan well worth the cost as the labor and material to replace parts on an oil burner quickly add up.

The job was well done. The lines were straight and the new system should make it easier for maintenance.

Answered all my questions, was very professional and got my heat working, explaining everything he did as he was doing it. I ask a lot of questions, probably sometimes to the point of being annoying, and he answered everything without seeming annoyed. I appreciated his professionalism.

As always Sippin responds quickly and sends knowledge techs. Gold plan is well worth it.

The tech showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue, and he had us getting heat quickly.

Louis was great. Efficient and Shared info verbally about tests he was running and how our furnace was performing vs. prior yr and benchmark. Furnace has run fine since he left. Can’t comment on cost as haven’t priced this service separately from your oil delivery. My perception of the cost of your service overall is that it’s competitive. I am not driven to your competition due to cost at this time
