Dan was prompt and proficient in diagnosing and repairing our AC issue.

But, it would have been nice if the fellows introduced themselves. Also, maybe watch the swearing. Alot of use of the F☆~♤ word by one fellow.

we have been with Sippin for many years and have never had an issue with service or the folks that have been sent to our home to take care of any issue or just the annual cleaning The service rep has always been polite and efficient at what they need to do They even take a moment to share and answer any questions we might here. Brandon was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He fixed our furnace and engaged with my questions in a very gracious manner. Outstanding service.

We are new customers of Sippin. All of the people we have dealt with have been superb. Sales and service personnel really know how to communicate. That's as important to me as installation and repair service.

As always, Adam and his co-workers attended to my mom’s furnace and radiators and confirmed that everything was working as expected

Frank performed excellent emergency service and was very calming to my panic state of mind. He has excellent skills and problem solving.

Will W. was the sixth tech to come out to my mom. He stayed around a bit longer and happened upon a hissing noise in the furnace. His tenacity discovered good news/bad news. Good news was he found the problem /bad news my mom needs a new boiler He went over and above to keep my mom comfortable by providing space heaters until the furnace can be replaced. He is by far a diligent, thorough tech and an asset to Sippin.
