Very high price on oil for 2026 2027 contract. Not Sippin's fault (obviously). Erin gave me great refresher information on the option I usually choose (Smart Cap Price Protection) and volume guidance (I cut it a little close last year due to the very cold winter and increased it this year.) Thank you as always for great service.

I’d been calling almost daily to check in capped prices. Yesterday afternoon Gary answered my call and gave me great pricing to keep our business and we will continue using Sippin.

Luis performed professionally in all aspects from customer care to fine tuning the furnace. Politely and thoroughly answered all questions. Left the furnace with a very good efficiency rating and the worksite as clean as when he arrived.

Came back from out of town Sunday. Found out we had no hot water. Ran out of oil. Called emergency number, tech came out put 10 gallons of oil in tank. Got the furnace running. Next day, Monday, had an oil delivery and tech came back out to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be to faulty zone valves. He replaced the valves and got everything up and running

Chris, Dan and Frank were hard working, professional and friendly doing the installation...new AC working fine...only issue was a bunch of heating oil fell out of your truck when they first arrived and made a mess of the driveway - they attempted to clean it up, although some residual remained... we had the driveway sealed by Pavement Services a few weeks before this, which maybe was a good thing?
