Great dependable service as usual. Nice service people too.

Luis performed professionally in all aspects from customer care to fine tuning the furnace. Politely and thoroughly answered all questions. Left the furnace with a very good efficiency rating and the worksite as clean as when he arrived.

Came back from out of town Sunday. Found out we had no hot water. Ran out of oil. Called emergency number, tech came out put 10 gallons of oil in tank. Got the furnace running. Next day, Monday, had an oil delivery and tech came back out to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be to faulty zone valves. He replaced the valves and got everything up and running

Chris, Dan and Frank were hard working, professional and friendly doing the installation...new AC working fine...only issue was a bunch of heating oil fell out of your truck when they first arrived and made a mess of the driveway - they attempted to clean it up, although some residual remained... we had the driveway sealed by Pavement Services a few weeks before this, which maybe was a good thing?
