I noticed my furnace wasn't working at about 4:30 p.m. and called Sippin. When I explained to the representative that I would classify this as an emergency, she had Luis call me. He had me try to restart the furnace, and when that didn't work, he was at th house in about 1/2 and hour. He got the furnace working and answered all my questions.
