Could not have been serviced any better
It was early Saturday afternoon when we heard an unusual sound coming from the boiler. I called Service and reported he problem. Shortly after that, I received a call from the Service person who was on duty and explained the situation. It was decided that it could possibly be the start of a problem and should be attended to promptly which it was.

Annual Furnace Maintenance
Everything went according to schedule. Justin phoned us when he was on his way as we requested. He went to work as soon as he arrived and we didn't see him until the service was completed when he told me everything was OK. It was a pleasure having Justin do the work. We wished each other good holidays and he left.
