Lucas & team did a fantastic job taking out our old tank, putting in the new tank, along with all the new pipes and lines, gremlin, & day tank! The tank looks great and the stone colored pipes they used look awesome, clean, and safe. They were very thorough being sure it followed all codes and safety regs.

Gremlin Monitor

The technician arrived during the scheduled time and was able to install the cellular version of the gremlin monitor. He also explained how to set up the app on my phone.
Tank Monitor Did Not Work

Appointment was scheduled for between 10am and 2pm. Received a call at approximately 1:30pm the technician was running late. When the technician arrived, he was unable to sync the monitor to my Wi-Fi. He said they had similar issues with this monitor at other locations. He stated there might be another type that would work and Sippin would call to set up a future appointment. Why not bring both types if it is known one type might not work. Also, I understand that technicians can be delayed by unexpected situations, and I appreciated the call to notify me they were running late, but it is frustrating to wait from 10am to almost 4pm and then have the monitor not work. I would like to add I have no issues with the technician, he was great.

Mr. Walsh, Please accept our apologies for this experience. We have a technician dedicated to handle tank monitor calls but he was stuck on an installation that went longer than expected. So, Will W. was dispatched because he does has prior training on managing monitor installs but may have had less parts stock available to handle your service call correctly. We are reviewing this situation and taking corrective action in our scheduling and dispatching procedures to prevent this situation moving forward. My wife was home throughout the air-conditioning install, stated she couldn’t believe how professional, polite and super neat, the technicians were. The install looked great, very neat and clean. They also took the time to go over the system with her, explain where the filter is, that needs to be changed. Perfect job, great customer service would highly recommend.
