Luke was excellent, professional, nice and very polite. Took the time to explain what happened and what to do in the future and also what not to do.

Our home was struck by lightning and the power surge hit our furnace which meant no hot water. Austin talked us through some troubleshooting on the phone and realized he needed to come to the house. He arrived in less than an hour.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dan was so friendly, I was sorry when he had to leave. He is also just about the first person ever to actually take the trouble to close our front door the right way to keep our cats from getting outside. 5 stars!

Service Technician driving a service van that can’t handle a bit of snow crunch on the driveway and refusing to even attempt entering the driveway? We live in the northeast… had numerous delivery vehicles from Amazon, ups and fedex make deliveries over same driveway.

Jeff arrived quickly. Checked our tank and saw that it was empty and filled it with 10 gallons of oil. He reset the boiler and made sure it was working before he left. Was personable, friendly and professional. We are grateful to have heat!!

As soon as I turned on the light in my furnace room, Will identified the problem and immediately set to fix it. He mentioned on the drive over he had been running scenarios in his head of what could be wrong - so his knowledge and expertise paid off. He took care of the problem in just about a half hour. Will took the time to explain to why the furnace had been acting the way it was and showed me how it was now fixed and was gracious about answering any questions I had.

I have been in my home for nine years and Charles has been here many times. He has always been nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a delight to deal with. I will miss Sippin’s excellent customer service when I move!

Patrick was thorough amazingly so and conscientious of closing doors and lights. He checked all zones all condensers and handlers. He was hands down the best!!!!
