Dan arrived within the predicted time period. Recognized the likely problem. Explained what he was going to do and finished the repair in a timely manner. Dan has been here before and we’be always been pleased with his attitude and results. We do have a service contract which covers the costs of repairs.

Spoke to Dan about 8:15 in the morning and he explained it was a super busy day. Called him again in the the afternoon and he arrived around 9 PM. Didn’t seem to find anything g really wrong, although most of the day our thermostats didn’t go above 60, even though they were both set above 70. Next time I will take pictures of them along with the boiler gage. Had a similar problem the prior weekend, but didn’t call. We borrowed electric heaters late Sunday. Even our son was surprised at how cool it was in the house and I showed him the thermostats. Dan was very thorough and checked everything. Really patient with all my questions and spent a lot of time rechecking after “bleeding” radiators. I am confident that he’ll look into everything.

My furnace stopped working, so I called Sippin with whom I have a service contract. A Sippin representative gave me a time window as when to expect a repairman. Within 1 hour their serviceman Brian Adams arrived. After a brief look at my heating system Brian Adams diagnosed the problem and within 15 min. he replaced a worn part. Brian then optimized the boiler for its designed heat output. I am thoroughly satisfied with Sippins' quick response and the professional service provided by Brian Adams. Sippin is very lucky to have Mr. Adams working for their company.

Luis arrived within the scheduled time period. He was very pleasant to deal with and also answered my questions about an expansion tank that was installed in Oct. 2025. When he was finished, the area around my boiler was very clean. Note..I will be calling for a “printout” of the service that was performed for my records.

Erin was very understanding of the situation and worked with me to get the best solution.

The crew that came to my house were very neat, courtesy, and professional. They started with laying a covering on my basement floor to protect from debris and ended their work by sweeping up my basement floor.

Our furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year and I called Sippin They had a technician out to fix it within 90 minutes

The technician was friendly and answered all my questions.

Will and Frank completed the installation without any interruption of our daily routine. The work area was completely cleaned, wouldn’t even know the extent of their service. They both acted professionally. Always pleased when Will is the tech who responds.

Will recognized the problem and was able to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. His work was not disruptive and left the furnace/cellar area very clean. He made an excellent suggestion which previous techs never mentioned. This service call could have been unnecessary, since techs in previous years did the same repair, but did not offer his suggestion and follow through. Will was also very personable.
