It's never great hearing (or smelling) your furnace, especially late in the evening. I place a call to Sippin and with 20 minutes, we received a knock on the door from Dan who was incredibly helpful in identifying and resolving the issue. He was a complete pleasure and provided a full explanation of exactly what was happening. We couldn't have been happier with Dan or Sippin.
