Excellent. Luis has serviced this furnace before so was familiar with its location which is a tight spot. He was here soon after my call. He spent a good deal of time working on the furnace bringing it up to par.
As before, he is a very pleasant young man and I felt comfortable having him in the house. Not always thevway for an elderly woman living alone. Also, he took time to explain the problems so that I felt assured he had done a good job.
